Hi Rev, If I understood the main scenario right, you have a Word template on your disk and want to save this template as a Word document per patient visit. So after 5 visists, Bob would have 5 Word documents in his folder. My first response for this problem would be 'use the simplest way', since it does not seem to be a complicated scenario: for each patient visit, open the template through your app, fill out the template, and save it to the disk. You can catch different events in your app to get the information about where the template was saved. Then add a link to the path in your form. My second thought would be 'Do you really need a separate app to accomplish this task'. If you are developing an app just to do this, you may want to consider developing a Word addin instead.
