If this is to appear on every page, you'll want to place this in the Header & Footer layer. You can open the Header and Footer by double-clicking in the top or bottom margins of your page. If it only appears once, you can put it on the main text layer. There are a few ways to do this, but the most popular is with a text box: • In Word, choose INSERT>Text Box.
From the bottom of the dropdown, choose Draw Text Box. • Draw the text box in the approximate position where you want it. • From the DRAWING TOOLS tab, choose Position, then More Layout Options. • On the Position tab, the default position of a text box is relative to the column and paragraph to which it is anchored. This default setting makes the text box move along with the anchor, which you don't want.
In the Horizontal section, choose Absolute Position, set the number, then change to the right of to Page. • In the Vertical section, choose Absolute Position, set the number, then set below to Page.
